In the past, students employment research often is done from single perspect to theory or empirical addresses and research, through past literature of inspection. Students employment research, more limited in preference perspective, and development economics perspective, and employment education, and employment quality, and public service, and employment regional, perspective, and to students employment and capital contact or more. Social capital unilateral research is on human capital and employment of combined rarely for academic papers of single research. China’s shift from elite to mass higher education, University students’employment situation is even more critical. College students are the human resources of society, its employment relationship between a country’s prosperity and social stability. How to improve college students employability in university education has become an increasingly urgent issue.This research will be on college and undergraduate of higher education graduates for research object, through individual interview, and investigation and theory analysis, exploring students’successful employment of inherent mechanism and basic mode, on current impeded students employment factors for analysis,to find students’ employment.This is a process in the missing links, while analysis and the missing links arerelated to some system factors, building "three dimensional capital perspective students’employment effect mechanism in theory model", for students’better employment providing theory.Combine research results of the system of public policy to promote college students’employment system.This study introduces Western scholars though three-dimensional theory of capital and employment mechanism of college students, policy perspectives, from the employment mechanism of college students, policy and its capital for college students’ employment, etc. Second Chinese scholars on three-dimensional theory of capital and employment mechanism of college students, policy perspectives, also from the employment mechanism of college students, policy and its capital for college students’ employment, etc. Finally, three dimensional capital of college students’employment content, three-dimensional analysis on college students’employment paths in the capital of the employment mechanism of college students. And then through the analysis of three-dimensional relationship between the capital and employment mechanism of college students’ performance whichhas made capital employment mechanism of college students from the perspective theory of three dimensional models, as well as relevant assumptions. And then in-depth systems analysis of the survey results, theoretical model test using SPSS, missing link in the analysis of college students’employment, specific problems, as well as the missing link. Application of Correlation analysis of factors reflected the three-capital factors influencing the size and specific paths to employment status, at the same time for data analysis and test, verify the assumption set up. Through capital employment mechanism of college students from the perspective theory of three dimensional model validation and correction, for the development of the factors affect College students’employment, effects on college students’employment and positive attribution analysis, analysis of positive and negative impacts of present College students ’employment, to optimize some of the impeding factors of college students’employment policies and the residual.Then it proceeds from our national conditions, proposed role of the Government, schools and individuals in the employment system, construction of public policies to promote college students’employment system.
