The secondary vocational Chinese is a comprehensive and basic subject. It has its significance for the implement of the personalized Chinese teaching to promote the teaching reform of occupation education. The secondary vocational personalized Chinese teaching has the feature of subjectivity, creativity, democracy,cooperativeness and with its basic theories as the learning theory of Constructivism, the learning theory of Humanism, the theory of Multiple Intelligences and the Meta-cognitive theory. To actualize the secondary vocational personalized Chinese teaching is the need of reforming secondary occupation education, is the need of cultivating students’ ability of lifelong learning, is the need of developing the creativity of students, is the need of distinguishing from high school Chinese teaching, also is the need of improving the quality of the teachers.However, nowadays there are many problems about the secondary vocational personalized Chinese teaching as the schools’ paying not enough attention, the teachers’lack of capacities, the students’ weak foundation, the single course system and the lack of textbooks innovation.To Analyze of the causes of the above, there maybe exist many elements as the schools, the teachers, the students, the courses and the teaching materials.In order to solve the problems of the above, we should take measures as the followings, to improve the schools’ paying much more attention to the secondary vocational Chinese, to enhance the secondary vocational Chinese teachers’ teaching ability of personalized teaching, to guide the students’ adapting to the personalized teaching and to pay much more attention to the personalized teaching strategies in vocational Chinese.
