Higher Vocational Education is aimed at producing high technical andspecialized talents. With the expansion of the vocational colleges scale, the demandfor part-time teachers increases abruptly, which is prominent in the major ofElectromechanical Integration Technology. The feasible solution to the problem is toemploy skillful technicians and experts from other sources such as enterprises, which,in the first place, can cover the shortage of qualified teachers for vocational colleges,optimize the faculty structure and accelerate the students’ professional skills as wellas the build of double-professional teaching staff. Therefore, the research on theproblem above has great theoretical and practical significance.This thesis chooses the newly-added100key national vocational colleges as thesubject of study for analysis. The first part gives a brief introduction to thebackground, significance, present situation and contents of the research at home andabroad. The second part presents the theoretical foundation of the build ofdouble-professional teaching staff specialized in Electromechanical IntegrationTechnology at those key national vocational colleges. The third part shows thepresent situation of the team build mentioned above and analyzes the problemsexisting in the process of the team build. The fourth part suggests thecountermeasures for the problems in the process of the team build partly by drawinglessons about the problems from foreign countries. More significantly, the thesisaccordingly deals with the countermeasures and proposals for the build ofdouble-professional teaching staff at key national vocational colleges in China, andsystematically puts forward the elaborate methods and effective measures.
