Part-time teachers as an important part of the teaching staff of vocational colleges, play a huge role in strengthening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises and improving teaching quality and other aspects.To improve the quality of part-time teachers and to strengthen the professional development of part-time teachers has become an urgent task for higher vocational colleges.However,the professional development of part-time teachers did not get enough attention form the government, enterprises, higher vocational colleges and part-time teachers themselves in reality.The emergence of poor adapt ability,bad quality of teaching,mobility,These not only hinder individual development and improvement,impact advantages of part-time teachers, but also effect the development of higher vocational education.Based on the above analysis, the author will research object of part-time teachers in public vocational colleges, selecting a representative public higher vocational colleges in Jinan to do empirical investigation. And on the basis of reference to relevant research materials and through literature, case study, survey and other methods,to understand the current situation of the development of part-time teachers in vocational colleges,and to find out the problems and causes of the development of part-time teachers,then Putting forward strategies for the development of Higher vocational and providing realistic theoretical basis for our higher vocational part-time teachers professional development.It also can promote part-time teacher professional development practice, improve the teaching quality and promote the development of students in higher vocational colleges.Thesis mainly consist of five parts:Thesis part summarizes the reasons and significance of the research on the development of part-time teachers in public vocational colleges, and defines the core concepts and research methods,reviews of domestic and foreign research status of part-time teachers' professional development.The second part discusses the theoretical basis of the development of part-time teachers in public vocational colleges, as well as promoting and supporting the role of part-time teachers' professional development.The third part is the empirical research on the professional development of the part-time teachers in public vocational colleges, which takes the A vocational colleges in Jinan as the typical case, carries on the questionnaire survey and the interview to understand the school part-time present situation and problemsThe fourth part is based on the third part of the case study.It analyzes the problems of reasons existing in the development of public part time teachers in China, from the government, higher vocational colleges, enterprises and institutions, part-time teachers themselves five aspects of professional development activities.The fifth part aims at the specific measures,which Combined with foreign successful experience,to promote the professional development of the part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges.
