According to the research of ethnography, I take M Center School in Hun Yuan town, Shan Xi province as an object, I research the influence from the teachers’ education value. As the teachers’education values, I will make some suggestions and strategies for the teachers.The purposes of the research include the following aspects:First, what kinds are the educational values on teachers who are from the junior school? The following dimensions for research are:Does the educational values on teachers be from the individual standard or be from the social standard? Is it from the personal value or scientific value? Is it from exam education or quality education? Is it happiness for students? Respecting for students? Or are they fair in education? How to reflect in the process about methods, contents, methods, specific activities. Second, what are the main factors that influence teachers’ educational values? In which ways to influence on teachers? Third, put forward the change or strategies to improve teachers’ educational value. Provide suggestions to the government, the administrative departments of education, school administrators.Make it fit for the development of education and the requirements for students.In my research, I found the educational values of teachers having the following characteristics:the teachers emphasize on humanism, scientism so they neglect the education of social value orientation. The teachers emphasize on social standard so they neglect persona orientation.Even more, the teachers emphasize on examination education and they neglect the quality education. But now we pay more attention at the happiness, the life, the fair education. Analyze the status above, I got some factors about the influence on teachers:first, the differences of the educational value makes kinds of teacher’s views including the educational values of society, the education value of government and the views from students’parents. That effect on teachers’ value of education. Second, various practical education on teachers’ view of value including the impact of teacher evaluation system and teachers’ personal reasons。 Finally, put some educational strategies for changing.
