The new course ideas advocate teaching for all students and promoting the overall development of everyone. Students are also encouraged to explore and cooperate their own learning. To achieve the transformation of teaching and learning method and others, the students are needed to give full play to non-intellective factors in new curriculum. They include interest, motivation, emotion, personality and willpower and so on,They are also accompanied by intellective factors playing a role in learning process. They have a direct impact on the learning behavior and1effect of students。So, in chemistry teaching, for promoting the students’all-round development, we need to enhance the cultivation of non-intellective factors, to promote the development of student’ intellective factors and the chemistry teaching. Through the questionnaire analysis and research, under the new curriculum reform, I put forward some new advice for the cultivation and improving of the interest, motivation and the will of the students. In order to make students better able to adapt to the new curriculum, on the basis of pedagogy and psychology related theory knowledge, this dissertation elaborates the role of non-intellective factors in chemistry teaching from three aspects as interest, motivation and will. It aims to raise student’s interest and motivation in chemistry learning, to improve students’learning styles and habits, to increase the students’ autonomous learning ability and the science inquiry ability, and to form strong will quality.Through the analysis of the questionnaire, some specific measures are put forward:1. interest aspect:(1) The chemical course content or teaching methods should be more interesting.(2) Try to help students break through difficulties and maintain interest in learning.(3) Timely guide students to explore learning content contact with real life in classroom teaching.2. motivation aspect:(1) Teachers should use a variety of effective ways and means to create more situations.(2) Form correct attribution, teachers should be aware of their feedback is also the important factors that affect student’attribution.(3) Creat a good learning atmosphere and form outstanding teacher’teaching style.(4) Teachers should adopt the way of multivariate evaluation in daily teaching. Parents should give reasonable expectations on students.3. will aspect:(1) Use "leather Mali weng" effect.(2) It needs to increase the difficulty of the operation and experiment consciously, moderately in the teaching process.(3) Try to set all kinds of difficulties and setbacks in the experiment as far as possible.(4) You’d better make the course content more interesting as soon as possible and close to the actual life, properly explain some science history、the scientists stories of the road of success of the hardships.
