Ming opera enter another fastigium after dramatic scenes of the Song and Yuan Dynasties. Creation and criticism present a picture of prosperity, so dramatic was an important part in daily life of the Ming Dynasties. Scholars study Ming opera from politics and economy and ethos. This paper study Ming opera from publishing culture.Paper divides seven parts discussing the relation of the carving and dramatic. Firstly, arrange a bibliography of dramatic versions published in the Ming Dynasty, analyze the features of official block-printing and private carving in dramatic of the Ming Dynasties. Secondly, study Ming opera from the source of a contribution, editor-ship, advertisement project and book marketing. Thirdly, according to the shape of opera anthologies, we can analyze the views of drama, the change of vocal cavity and aesthetic characteristics. Fourthly, on the change of the illustration in drama woodblock edition of the Ming Dynasties, and discuss the action of publisher, the functions of dramatic illustration. Fifthly, discuss the role of publisher in the commentary of Chinese dramas,and raighten out again the development rack of commentary of Chinese dramas. Sixthly, analyze the publishing influence dramatic organization, role system, plot structure and morphology, and the characteristic of adaptation of publisher are further analyzed. seventhly, dramatic audience are be bracketed into eight groups, and discourse how the psychology of reading affect dramatic publication and carving, and the change of dramatic audience by the shape of opera anthologies and book price.The paper believed that publishing reflect literary phenomenon, the views of drama and aesthetic tendency. It help us to comprehend contention and interrogative in the history of theatre and the same time help us to fully comprehend the realities of spreading of traditional opera and the culturalbackground of the Ming Dynasties.
