Rural economy is relatively backward compared to the city, whichdirectly led to the development of rural education can not keep up the pace of city, ruralstudents can not enjoy the same level of education quality and the city. Along with theeducation system in primary and middle schools in China ’s reform and development,the state and education departments attach great importance to the work of rural primaryschool education. The new curriculum is to better guide the primary school teachingwork, to provide more advanced, broad learning platform for students. Primary schoolmoral character and life (SOCIAL) is one of the primary ideological and moraleducation curriculum, which not only from the theory of norms of the students ideology,also puts forward practical guidance in practice. According to the character and life oftraditional primary school (SOCIAL) lack of teaching mode of existence, primaryschool teachers should experience the profound connotation of the new curriculum, withthe primary school moral character and life (SOCIAL) teaching together with eachother, and explore a set of more innovative teaching mode. The study is based on Sutaught version " morality and life "(SOCIAL) teaching materials for reference, firstelaborated the primary school moral character and life (SOCIAL) basic connotation ofthe new curriculum, combined with the current live teaching and summarized theexisting teaching work, on the basis of the primary school moral character and life(SOCIAL) comprehensive countermeasures of curriculum reform.
