IT vocational education accounts for a large proportion of China’s vocational education. IT vocational education teaching quality system’s building and evaluation are obviously beneficial for the improvement of IT vocational education’s teaching quality. Currently, IT vocational education’s scale has expanded rapidly, its structure becomes more reasonable, and its economic benefits become visible, but its teaching quality is unsatisfied. Therefore, how to build Newer education teaching quality system and evaluate and monitor the system have an extremely important significance to the development of IT vocational education and even the whole vocational education.In this paper, the questionnaire survey was carried out among Changsha Newer Software Educational Consulting Firm’s managers, customers, employers and employing units and its survey data was statistically analyzed. On this basis, the paper explores Newer Software Educational Consulting Firm’s successful experience in the aspects of teaching quality’s formation and evaluation, and its potential problems. Furthermore, the paper describes the current problems and challenges faced by Newer education teaching quality system. Specifically, four major processes are illustrated, including team-building, the construction of the system, the process building and the product building and the four major aspects are described, including the importance of evaluation and monitoring, principles, methods and contents.Finally, from a macro perspective, the improvement of teaching quality management’s normalized construction makes it scientific, standardized and institutionalized, which is beneficial for Newer education improvement of teaching management, teaching reform, teachers’ quality, and teaching management system. Therefore, it effectively and stably improves teaching quality, enhances the competitiveness and sustainable development capacity of Newer education, and realizes Newer education’s own sustainable development. From the micro perspective, checking the teaching situation, evaluating the level of teaching, strengthening the management of teaching and improving teaching quality are conducive to work optimization, teachers’promotion and students’development and schools’development.
