Community is increasingly concerned about the preschool level and the status quo, people have been aware of the preschool education is good or bad will be directly related to the growth and development of their offspring life situation, is also related to whether their offspring can gain a firm foothold in the community and get happy life, from the point of view of a family. The quality of pre-school education will be closely linked with the pace of development of the quality of the citizens of a society from the social point of view, and is closely related to a country’s economic growth rate and the Comprehensive National performance. Preschool career, not just a social welfare of the country, belonging to the category of social and public services.With the constantly increasing the quality of education in China continues to push forward and the further implementation of the new curriculum reform, and the CPC Central Committee and the importance of early childhood education, has made considerable progress in the cause of China’s preschool. Normal children preschool professional faculty building has been further improved, there are still a number of shortcomings and problems with foreign, specifically:objective environment; professional ethics of teachers is not enough; outdated content knowledge; teaching and research level lack weak; practical experience in early childhood education; unreasonable age structure in the construction of teachers structure; low title structure; the learning edge structure is single; proportion of two qualified teachers.For the shortcomings of the professional faculty of infant normal pre-school education, the study proposes the following measures:1adhere to the philosophy of both teaching and research:adhere to the concept of teaching as the core; emphasis on the coordinated development of scientific research; train Double Qualified Teachers. Create a good learning environment:to improve the teaching and research facilities; create a good academic atmosphere; improve the internal management system; build teacher team culture. Focus on training and use of teacher talent:rational allocation of teacher talent; strengthen the moral construction; improve professionalism; increased training efforts; emphasis on the cultivation of young teachers.4to strengthen and improve the incentive and protection mechanisms:the establishment of a scientific and reasonable evaluation system; develop effective incentives; reasonable construction of the security system.
