| This research is to explore the effect and process of interventionof group counseling on improving college students’ interpersonalrelationship puzzle, further discuss the effect mechanism. The studyadopted Consensual Qualitative Research(CQR) to analyze verbatimtranscription, observers recording, growth log and leaders reflection.The research recruited8college students as subjects,12times’ groupcounseling were held once a week, the relationship of collegestudents was Improved.There were two conclusions in this study. First, group counselingcan decrease college students’ interpersonal relationship puzzleeffectively. Second, the feedback, group atmosphere and mutualleaning were main effective factors. |
