Teachers are at high risk of occupational burnout.Special education teachers are a special group among all teachers.Their objects are children with physical and mental development problems.Faced with hueducation ge job stress,they may have difficulty in dealing with the problems in the work.As a result,they may have negative emotions,emotional exhaustion and even doubt their ability etc.According to some researches,most people tent to leave a job finally under the long-term negative influence caused by job burnout.At present,Chinese special education is at a stage of development,which is also confronted with an imbalance in the number of teachers and students.It hinders the development of the special education and needs to be urgently solved to prevent teachers'job burnout and reduce the quitting intention.This study is aim to understand the general situation of special education teachers'burnout,teaching efficacy and turnover intention,as to explore the relationship among the three variables through Fuzhou 283 special education teachers' questionaire and interview research and then using the SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis tools to analysis relationships among variables and draw some valuable conclusions by descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the results are as follows:1?Relatively less burnout is found among special education teachers,the extent of which is significantly different in teaching age,category of school,education background and salary satisfaction;special education teachers have a relatively high level of teaching efficacy,the extent of which is obviously different in teaching age,education background and salary satisfaction;also less turnover intention is found,among special education teachers,the extent of which differs in teaching age,education background and salary satisfaction.2?Teaching efficacy of special education teachers is negatively correlated with their burnout.At the meantime,the former has a predictive effect on the latter.3?Special education teachers' burnout shows a positive correlation with their turnover intention,and emotional exhaustion has a positively role on turnover intention4?Special education teachers' teaching efficacy plays an intermediary role between their job burnout and turnover intention.5?Special education teachers gain the teaching efficacy from the teaching experience.The fewer teaching experience they have,the lower teaching efficacy they gain.Their satisfaction for salary makes a difference in teachers' teaching efficacy.Special education teachers have a strong demand for training.
