With the benefits of reform and opening-policy, society and economy are developing very quickly. A lot of peasant workers or migrant workers come into big cities. Their school age children are migrating too, entering various kinds of schools in cities. First problem about the migrant children is the mental aptitude. Bad mental aptitude would affect their learning status. Most past research emphasis are predictive qualitative research, focusing on the analysis of real situations of their education, sense of happiness and mental health. Few of them are empirical research. Especially none of them studies the learning adaptability and problem behavior of the children of migrant workers. In our research, we randomly choose two classes from third grade and fifth grade respectively in a primary school in Yuelu District. One class is test group, another class in the same grade is put into control group. The experiment is conducted in the order of "first test then control". On the basis of normal school education, we offer students in test group adaptive psychological education including teaching them how to adapt to new life and develop good habits. Before and after the educational invention, we use AAT and PPCT questionnaire to investigate the status of learning adaptability of both test and control group. At the same time, we choose the Chinese and math score in last term and this term as a reference. All statistics are managed by SPSS16.0including the method oft-test and variance analysis. The results indicate that:1. Compared with city students, the level of learning adaptability of migrant workers’children is generally low, which leads to more problem behavior among children at early age. Among them, the level of migrant workers’children was significantly lower in study method, learning technology, and school environment on the learning adaptability. Simultaneous-ly, the lonely symptoms and emotional instability were become poor early problems of these children.2. Psycho-educational activities could obviously improve the level of learning adaptability of these migrant workers’children and plays a significant role in reducing those problem behaviors at early age.
