It takes Yucai High School of Wuxue for example. By referring to the teachers’ professional accomplishment’s research at home and abroad and my own teaching practice of more than10years., I analyze and explore the cultivation of the young teachers’professional accomplishment.The research first puts forward the causes of the selected topic and research contents. Though there are more and more research results about teachers’professional problems in and out of China, the research fruits about high school young teachers’ professional development, however, are very few. Yucai High School of WuXue has regarded training teacher as the first welfare for a long time.Through training, young teachers’professional development is frequently promoted. Take it as a point to explore high school teachers’professional accomplishment, ie, the surface. There is no doubt that it has an active practical significance. In the course of research,the following research methods which suit the school’s reform practice, such as the summary method, the literature method as well as the case analysis method, are employed; the teachers’professional research’s present situations at home and abroad are dealt with; the formation of high school young teachers’professional accomplishment and its significance are explored; the problem that high school young teachers’ professional development has and its causes are analyzed. At the same time, the thesis has raised the basic idea and concrete contents of cultivating high school teachers’ professional accomplishment and has summarized the training course and the training mode by combining the school’s reform practice. Also, it displays the fruits of the school training young teachers’professional accomplishment.Throughout high school young teachers specialization of ascension, the process is a systematic teaching practice procedure, which needs the joint efforts of many aspects and pains. If We focus on high school young teachers’ professional literacy, first of all, we need to give this group the enough attention and understanding to become an important foothold in promotion and development. To improve the professional quality of young teachers in high school is not only the teacher’s personal things, but also a major event concerning education development and the improvement of teaching quality; for which a systematic work process needs to be planned and designed comprehensively, diversified and three-dimensionally. Schools should not only guide the teachers with the idea of teachers’ professional training, processes and strategies,but also mobilize the youth teachers’ intrinsic motivation and potential, finally realizing the teachers’ professional promotion and the "win-win" goal of the development of the school teaching practice.
