Research On Middle School Students’ Legal Consciousness Education

Now it’s a law-governed society. The law plays a more and more important role in people’s life. As time moves, We must pay attention to development of legal consciousness and Legal concept. As for High school students who are the hope of Country and nationalities, they are not only the participants and builders in the future society development, but also the backbone force for construction of legal society. Education for high school students’ legal consciousness is the need of building a socialist legality country, requirement for constructing socialist market economy, demand for keeping social harmony stable development. Developing high school students’ legal consciousness is the need for implementation new curriculum concept and gaining education goal. In a word, it’s the whole society’s duty to develop high school students’ legal consciousness. For strength students’ legal consciousness, it’s not only help students’ healthy growth and overall development, but also advance education for all-round development. To say the least, we have a lot to do on strength students’ legal consciousness. We have to do some research on current situation for students’ legal consciousness education and find problems which we can provide ways to solve for implementation of students’ legal consciousness education. In this paper, I would like to give some views on the process of research on students’ legal consciousness education. In the beginning, this paper gives a brief idea of students’ legal consciousness, and then research on the current education for it, giving a conclusion about the meaning, goals and ways of students legal consciousness education. In the last, it points out the problems in the process of students’ legal consciousness education in the aspects of home, school, society education and gives suggestions for solving the problems. One key point, school, family and society should strength communication and cooperation in the procedure of students’ legal consciousness education, which means to make it work well.
