In recent years, more and more workers go to urban to make money, so there is aphenomenon that the children have to go to in their hometown. these children have richexperience of life and can take different kinds of activities,so they develop the independentcharacter. At the same time, because of the long separation with parents, lack of parentaleducation demonstration, School moral personality education is decline, social badatmosphere influence and so on, their moral concept, moral emotion and ethical behavior,especially in such aspects as moral personality showed different degrees of deviation, moralpersonality education problems are emerging. If these problems can’t be settled effectively,not only impact on individual moral level of left-behind children, but also may affect thequality of China’s rural education, and even form a huge impact on the overall national qualityin rural areas.we do the research for5representative primary and secondary schools in liaoningprovince PanShan county. After the research, I wrote the paper by literature method,interview method, questionnaire method and case analysis, and analyses the influence ofschool moral personality education ignore, parents upbringing of anomie, the social from allwalks of life support is limited, and the school, family, social moral personality educationdisjointed, trying to explore the rural left-behind children moral personality educationcountermeasures to resolve the problem. Paper is divided into three parts, the first chapter wedefine the concept of left-behind children moral, further more, we discuss the ruralleft-behind children moral personality education unique advantages and defects, And pressedthe present situation of moral personality education of rural left behind children. The secondchapter mainly use survey research method to interpret the current rural left-behind childrenmoral personality education of problem representation, reveals the forming causes of theproblem. The third chapter come up to the method to resolve the rural left-behind childrenmoral personality education.
