Globalization of Chinese education in recent years has been the strong promotion, with the development of Chinese education, Chinese culture has been spread and promote. Chinese learners increases every year,and they can’t avoid culture teaching in the teaching process. For the learners come from different countries, culture teaching methods are also different. In addition to consider the country, the age of the learners also be pay attention, different age needs different teaching methods. In recent years,frequent economic and cultural exchanges between China and South Korea, South Korea’s Chinese teaching has been booming, more and more high school set up Chinese lessons. Research on cultural teaching present situation and development of South Korea’s Chinese teaching has a certain significance. The paper is based on Chinese culture teaching experience, and make a series of research and analysis. The paper Outlines as follows:The first part focuses on South Korea ordinary high school research background and significance of culture teaching, Research methods is to analyze the questionnaire.The second part sums up the relationship between language and culture, and the content of culture teaching principles, methods, techniques of research theory.The third part introduces the south Korean education course reform outline for the seventh time, and the Chinese culture teaching goals and requirements.The fourth part details the cultural content of six Chinese textbooks in the south Korean gyeonggi province, Analyzed the principles of the Chinese culture teaching materials content.The fifth part is the results of the questionnaire of South Korea gyeonggi province ordinary high school Chinese culture teaching. The questionnaire is divided into students and teachers versions, Survey of culture teaching contents, methods, problems in the role of teachers, teaching, etc. The sixth part summarizes the estricting factors and problem in the culture teaching, and present opinions about culture teaching. In summary, this paper aims to provide reference in teaching Chinese and Chinese culture for Korean primary and secondary education.
