With the in-depth development of economy, the demand for High-level talentswith practical capability and innovation capability become more heavily.Research-based Masters cannot cover the gap of specialized talents. In that case, since1996, our country has established Master of Education (M.Ed) to meet the needs ofsociety, and strengthen the service of economy.As the core of the quality of M.Ed, training objective plays a vital role in thequality of talents. However, there is only qualitative description about the trainingobjective of M.Ed, so that the goal not only cannot implement, but also won’t get thepoint without relevant quantitative description. Education is evolving and keepingpace with time, the paper mainly adopting the methods of literature analysis study,history analysis study and literature comparison study. Firstly, make sure thatpurposeful is important to human progress and education development. Thenaccording to the law of social development and education development, this paperputs forward corresponding countermeasures after some rational consideration, studythe training objective of M.Ed in the context of the demands of the whole society,human beings and jobs. Analyze the present situation and causes for training objectiveand takes the law of human development as basis and education policy as the criterion,dividing training objective into three dimensions, and the focus and innovation of thispaper is that setting the details for the three, I call it “3-dimension,3-level” goalsystem the three parts are idea and conscious, emotions and attitudes, knowledge andskills, which reflects the reality and perspective of education. In order to implementthe training objective, this paper gives the ways of training and some proposals.It is better to be education-oriented to establish each training objective. Weshould put teachers into society, in order to consider what qualities they should haveas citizens. And then provide specifications to the training objective on this basis,make it comprehensive, reasonable, accurate and progress. A good training objectiveof M.Ed which is in line with teacher development can not only provide more highqualified teachers to our national education, but also promote the development of oureconomy, culture and science and technology.
