In today’s new curriculum and teaching reform, many Mongolian language experts, scholarsand teachers have had much analysis, discussion and research about difficult problems ofprimary school students learning Mongolian language, which provide us theoretical guidanceand teaching practice about Mongolian language teaching. But as the developing and changingof the social environment, most Mongolian students have such study problems: lacking ofMongolian language communication environment, learning Mongolian language difficult, theydon’t love to learn it and don’t want to learn it, etc. These phenomena seriously restraint theimprovement of primary school Mongolian language teaching, and effect students’ formingMongolian language literacy. Yet the neglect of primary school teachers in Mongolian languageteaching; the high difficulty of Mongolian language teaching itself; the society generally payattention to scores but ignore the heritage and application of the language, etc. These become thestumbling block of Mongolian language using, hinder the formation of students’ comprehensiveability of the Mongolian language.This paper tries to take Mongolian language teaching in Mongolian Experimental PrimarySchool of Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County as research object, questionnaire the students’study and combined with interviews with teachers, then analyzing the results, discuss the currentsituation and put forward practical measures and suggestions.Concerning the above words, the paper is divided into four parts, the main contents are asthe following:The first part is introduction, including background, purpose and significance of the topic,the research methods and character, combining the former researches, concluding their sights anddifferences.The second part is an overview of primary school Mongolian language teaching, includingMongolian language teaching status in primary school, concluding analyzing the objective ofprimary school Mongolian language teaching content, and preparing for the further research.The third part is the main part. According to theory study and investigation, combines FuxinMongolian Autonomous County primary school students’ Mongolian language learning andteachers’ teaching current status, concluding and analyzing the problems and the reasons ofstudents’ questionnaire and teachers’ interviews, finding out the problems, get the first realmaterial, provide the accordance and agreement for putting suggestions of primary schoolMongolian language teaching.The fourth part, bases on the above investigation and research, combines relevant theoriesof Mongolian language teaching, put forward specific and practical measures and suggestions forimproving primary school Mongolian language teaching.
