In the new century, the opportunity ties and competitions which Chinese people isfacing now put the higher requirement to people’s moral values and socialdevelopment.The curriculum “moral and social”opened at the middle and top classin primary school is the social live course which can help students build perfect moralvalues and promote their social development. The research for problems existed in theteaching of “moral and social”has reached som achievements.But it has nodevelopment in the Mongolian school.This paper rai sed related problems,based onthe Chagan Had Mongolian primary school at Bairin Juun countg.The problems which are existed in the teaching of “moral and social” ofMongolian primary school is researched from two aspects,teachers’ construction andcourse, based on related books and research results combining with methods ofquestionnaire investigation and data statistics.The solutions for problems are raised inthe conclusion part,based on dialectics and the present existing problems.
