The First Chapter of Main Body analyzes the problems existing in the Mongolian course teaching for the Mongolian students who born and grew up in cities from both subjective and objective perspectives. The Second Chapter of the Main Body mainly explores such effective solutions to the mentioned problems as to enhance the teaching quality of faculty, to strengthen parents' awareness of the significance of learning mother tongue, and promotion of social education etc. Conclusion summarizes the main ideas of the paper and concludes that the problems existing in the mother tongue learning and teaching of Mongolian students who born and grew up in cities are not only because of students' personal reasons, but mostly depend on some objective factors like social environment, school teaching quality and family language atmosphere. Hence, to enhance the Mongolian proficiency of the students who born and grew up in cities, both teachers and parents should shoulder important responsibility, and corresponding measures for improvement and innovation should be actively explored.
