Study On The Countermeasures To Improve High School Students’ Interest In Ideological And Political Course

Interest is a positive feeling and a good quality of learning.It is great significant to stimulate students, interest in learning,it can foster their attention,enhance their resilience,maintain their mental health,improve the teaching effect of ideological and political course.Therefore,improving high school students’ learning interest will need the request of implementation of new curriculum standards of ideological and political course,promote physical and mental health, improve teaching effectiveness,enrich and develop educational psychology and methodology of political education.This study follows the objective laws of educational psychology and pedagogy, combining my teaching practice and reflection on high school students’education,makes a analysis and summary on the problems and their causes in the ideological and political course, and discusses measures to increase high school students’interest of learning.The first part, states the importance of interest, and noted that interest is a positive mentality which can improve students’attention and adaptability, provide dynamic support to the students,it is one of the objectives of the reform of the new curriculum standard, is the proper responsibility of education.The second part lists problems in the process of stimulating interest in the ideological and political course. Such as the content and curriculum evaluation system; teaching idea and teaching process; high school students’ identity on the value of ideological and political course, the social and family negative impact on students’interest in learning process.The third part, analyzes the factors affecting high school students’ interest of learning politics, mainly the level of economic and social development, insufficient autonomy in high school students and the absence of effectiveness in ideological and political education.The fourth part, puts forward countermeasures to inspire high school students’ interest of learning politics, mainly include:deepen the course management and the teaching reform in high schools, strengthen scientific and humane education, take efforts to create a family atmosphere,self-motivation measures.
