With the continuous deepening of the reform of physical education curriculum,many excellent teaching concepts,brand-new contents,reasonable countermeasures and comprehensive evaluation forms have been applied to relevant physical education teaching and achieved excellent results.The rise of positive psychology in foreign countries provides a new teaching idea and method for the reform of physical education curriculum in our country and brings great enlightenment to physical education teaching workers.The combination of positive psychology and physical education,guided by the theory of positive psychology,will excavate the positive personality quality of middle school students,increase their positive emotional experience,build a positive organization and environment,encourage students to consciously and actively develop themselves,lay the foundation for their own experience of happier life,and develop the consciousness of lifelong physical education.This article will discuss from the following six aspects.I introduction.Including the research background and significance of this paper.Second,the thesis focuses on positive psychology and covers the foothold of positive psychology analysis.The basic contents involved in positive psychology include human happiness,positive emotions,positive personality characteristics and positive institutions.The basic proposition of positive psychology.Third,the analysis methods used in this paper include literature review and questionnaire survey.Fourth,the construction of active physical education teaching mode.Based on the concept of positive psychology,referring to the mature positive physical education models abroad,such as spark curriculum and sports education model,and referring to a series of discussions and practices made by Professor Wang Shuming and his students in positive physical education teaching,this paper starts from the aspects of positive personality characteristics,positive emotional experience and positive teaching environment,and constructs a positive physical education teaching model based on the teaching concept,theoretical foundation,teaching objectives and principles,teaching strategies and methods,teaching procedures,teaching realization conditions and teaching evaluation.Fifth,conductempirical research.According to the active physical education teaching mode,the18-hour teaching experiment of a semester is designed comprehensively and scientifically,and the students of two natural classes of the same grade department in Fushan No.1 Senior High of Yantai city are selected as the experimental objects.According to the psychological scale,the results were statistically analyzed and corresponding conclusions were drawn.Six,to put forward reasonable suggestions for the realization of the ultimate goal of physical education curriculum reform.For example,teachers should continuously enhance their own quality,explore the teaching content of physical education curriculum resources from multiple dimensions,change the teaching mode,increase students' dominant position,and create a good physical education environment.The main conclusions are as follows:1.It is feasible to combine positive psychology with physical education,which provides a new idea and viewpoint for the current physical education curriculum reform.2.At present,the middle school students' interest in physical education is relatively low and at a moderate level.3.Introducing the concept of positive psychology into middle school physical education teaching can fully enhance students' positive interest in physical education learning,further reduce the negative interest during physical education learning,and obviously improve students' level of autonomous learning.4.Integrating positive psychology into middle school physical education teaching can better enhance students' enthusiasm and enthusiasm for sports and promote students' participation in physical activities both inside and outside class.
