In recent years, a lot of fortune mythology has been created in animation industry of China, the fresh design school graduates floods into this industry, and encourage the fast development of animation industry. The animation industry is a creative industry, widely used in animation, games, film and television industry. With the rapid development of animation industry, competition among enterprises is no longer focused on business competition, but competition for talents. R&D talent in the animation industry is not only the indispensable core for the development, their presence is also made up the vacancies in the enterprise, as well as those lack of incompetence. Under the background of R&D personnel shortage in the market, the loss of S animation company’s R&D personnel in recent years appear increasingly serious, and has become a fundamental problem restricting the development of enterprises. Loss of R&D talent has brought huge economic losses to the S-animation company, seriously affecting the survival of the enterprise. Starting from the perspective of human resource management, the text had a systematic analysis targeting on the problem of R&D talents brain drain and proposed appropriate solutions, by means of surveying the issues of S animation company through questionnaire etc methods.The full text is divided into five chapters:the first chapter is an introduction,which introduces the background of R&D talents loss in S-animation company, basic thoughts and methods of the thesis integrating the purpose and meaning of the research.The second chapter is focus on the definition of R&D personnel, and made a number of related theoretical reviews.The third chapter analyzes the status of S-animation company R&D brain drain, and describes the negative impact of this phenomenon to the S-animation company, analyzes the cause of loss of R&D talents in form of survey and interview, comes to an conclusion that the internal management of enterprises factors, personal factors, external factors and other factors is the main reason. In the fourth Chapter, standing by the side of human resource management.writer raises some corresponding countermeasures in accordance with the main reasons in the third chapter, suggests to establish incentive mechanism and improve restraint, training and promotion mechanism, and also establish a healthy corporate culture and the associated personnel security measures recommended on the basis of analysis of these three factors. Chapter Five is the concluding part of this article.Hope this article can bring some help for S animation company in human resource management area by writer’s study and also offer some suggestions for other animation companies in the industry.
