The enterprise culture is gradually formed in the production and businessoperation process in enterprise,。In business activities and their results,they are tryingto implement and actually reflected the civilization of group competitionconsciousness, and performance for the enterprise’s overall style and unique stylepattern.Since entering the21st century, China joined the world trade organization(wto), and welcomed the arrival of the era of global economic integration, facing thegrowing market competition pressure, and the new market economy, a growingnumber of entrepreneurs and enterprises realize the material force alone is difficult togain a competitive advantage.They recognize that culture can have a heritage forlong-term sustainable development of an enterprise. As a result, our country enterprisebegan to attach importance to the research and the model is suitable for the company’scorporate culture. In this paper, basing on the chenzhou tobacco company as object,studies the related countermeasures to optimize the corporate culture.In this paper, by introducing the related basic theory of enterprise culture,analyzes the research status at home and abroad, the author with the attitude ofseeking truth from facts by the method of literature analysis and fact-finding,emphatically introduces the history and current situation of chenzhou tobaccocompany enterprise culture construction, and points out the problems in chenzhoutobacco company in the enterprise culture,for examble, enterprise culture cognition,culture execution, systematic and innovative cultural construction, and analyzes theroot causes for such problems. Finally the author based on the relevant theory oftobacco enterprise culture construction and chenzhou tobacco company enterpriseculture present situation, according to the existing problems put forward the followingsuggestions to optimize the company’s enterprise culture,such as strengtheningtheoretical study, adhere to the people-oriented,perfecting system construction,construction of execution culture and advocates the innovation culture.
