There are some realistic problems such as the migrant workers are not settled and entered the city but can’t really integrate into the city. It has become a major constraint to speed up urban and rural development, promote the process of urbanization, more attention must be paid to try to solve seriously. This paper mainly aims at in-depth study the basic situation of the rural labor transfer in Yunnan province and in the relevant theoretical results, and put forward the countermeasure and suggestion and explores effective ways to solve supported by some policies. The article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction, mainly on the domestic and foreign research results and theories, at the same time definite some core concepts such as rural labor, rural surplus labor and rural labor transfer.The second part is the analysis of the current situation of rural labor transfer in Yunnan Province. Study the present situation of rural labor transfer of Yunnan province mainly from the related policy system construction, labor transfer direction and trend, shift staff occupation distribution, transfer the basic social welfare and survival status.The third part mainly analysis the achievements and existing problems of rural labor transfer in Yunnan province.
