Also gave the important level of every part for the improved results.On the basis of analyzing the traditional6sigma methods for cost of quality improvement, the paper identified six stages in the application of using6sigma idea for improving the costs of quality, choose, define, measure, analysis, improve and control.It also pointed out the support and guides of the traditional means for quality cost improvement.From macroscopic and microcosmic levels, the paper used data to analyze the current problems in LG Display, bring out improvement measures against high cost of quality: crucial source, from production on the equipment to improve, strengthen the education and reduce the negative of production. Finally lower the cost of quality, so corporate enterprises will create enormous benefit.
