The Applied Research On Forming Method Of WBS And Information Integration In Complex Products Manufacturing

Complex product manufacturing has always been the pillar industry of nationaleconomy and played a fundamental role, such product has always been the focus ofattention by scholars due to its complexity.However, it is difficult to manage this kind ofproject from the perspective of project controlled for a long time. One of the reasons is thelack of effective support of WBS, It is extremely urgent to fuse complex productmanufacturing and WBS effectively.Firstly, This paper puts forward research background, research significance andresearch status of the topic, consequently, research contents and research innovation pointof this topic are put forward; then, based on the literature review, related theory knowledgeof the complex product manufacturing, WBS and neural network are concluded, at thesame time, demand analysis of the complex product manufacturing work breakdown is putforward.In view of the demand analysis, this topic is in-depth researched from the followingaspects. Firstly, it aims to study the formation method of complex product manufacturingwork breakdown structure. In the background of customer demand-oriented complexproduct manufacturing has gradually been into a tendency,this paper designs the complexproduct work breakdown process and establishes customer demand-oriented complexproduct work breakdown model(COWBS)started from customer demand;then constructsthe work breakdown structure and mutual mapping relationship of customer demand (CR),function demand (FR) and design parameters (DP) one after another, and improves workbreakdown model further by considering the constraints of ability, in the forming processof WBS, we also introduce the neural network tool to achieve. Secondly, in order to makethe main information of complex product manufacturing WBS more abundant, we discussinformation integration of WBS further based on many management perspective,establishthe project scope-oriented integrated work breakdown model and research the mutualmapping and information integration0f WBS and its derivative breakdown structure. Then,because of the purpose of creating WBS is servicing project management better, it hasalways been at the center of the planning process, we research how WBS service planfurther. Thirdly, evaluation decision research of complex product manufacturing workbreakdown. On the base of the general method of evaluating WBS, we designmulti-objective and multi-level evaluating method of WBS make use of the fuzzy set.
