Along with the mileage of our country highway increasing,the management ofhighway accident’s rescue gradually becomes the problem that can’t be ignoredintoday’s transportation industry. The system of highway accident’s rescue divides theaccidents rescue process into four stages that includesoccurrence, response, rescue,cleaning.According to the different types, sizes, and roads traffic accidents, it hasspecialized rescue equipment and rescue measuresin the highway incident management.To select the right rescue equipment and reasonable rescue stations’ position is veryimportant indicator to decide the economy and efficiency of the rescue system. So, inorder to ensure the secure, efficient and economic operation of the highway accidentrescue service, it should establish a reasonable number of rescue centers, and adopt theright configuration and arrangement of the rescue centers to achieve the whole highwayof unified planning and management.The focus of this paper is: through the analysis of the highway accidents’characteristics and probability, to determine the highway road that is prone toaccidents.Through analyzing different sections, it is duty to identify the construction siteof the center,and the proper ability of rescue center configuration.This paper analyses the characteristics and causes of highway accidents.Throughthe analysis of the characteristics and the accident reason, this paper puts forward thegeneral process of highway accident rescue, and further researches some problems inthe process of rescue.This paper analyzes the tunnel, the other special areas and theother special accidents and so on. Through the research of the general rescue process,this paper puts forward the special rescue process aiming at the some specialaccident.This article uses the AHP method to analyzethe importance ofthe factors thataffects highway accident. This paper studies the importance of the configuration of therescue resources and rescue station that influents the effectiveness and timeliness of thehighway accident rescue. Combined with the corresponding operational researchmethod, this paper establishes the allocation model of the highway accident rescuecapacity. Through the analysis and solving of the model, this paper can determine thedistribution of rescue station and realize the efficient economic safe operation of thewhole highway rescue system.
