In recent years, environmental issues have become increasingly prominent, aspeople are increasingly concerned about the threat of resource, energy depletion, andenvironmental deterioration for human survival. How to coordinate the relationshipbetween the environment and development becomes the focus of attention problems.Previous traditional extensive construction development pattern have apparently can’tsatisfy the demand of today’s sustainable development strategic target. In this context,the construction as the filed of high energy consumption, many countries have to for theidea of green building to seek construction harmonious with the natural environment.For the development of green building in China, the Chinese government has done a lotof work, and attached great importance to vigorously promote the construction of greenbuilding, and promote the healthy and rapid development of the green building industryTherefore, the important part of the development for green building is to improve thegreen building evaluation system. In this paper, based on the evaluation factor of "greenbuilding evaluation criteria", on the basis of specific circumstance to combining fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method and green building assessment system, to analysis thegreen level of the “good-baby” project, which is construction by the Good boy projectin Jiangsu province. By calculating the actual data of the case, shows that the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method can effectively measure the green degree of greenbuilding.In this paper, the main content is as follows: first of all, this paper introduces therelated theory of green building, explains the concept, characteristics of green building,and the need for the development of green building; And has done a detailed descriptionand comparison for domestic and international green building rating systems, such asthe UK BREEAM system, the most authoritative American LEED evaluation system,GBTool system in Canada and other countries, Japan’s environmental performanceevaluation methods CASBEE system and domestic "China Ecological ResidentialTechnology Assessment Manual", to sport venue-based "green Olympics assessmentsystem" and the most widely used domestic "green building rating standards",concluded that the inspiration of green building development in China and the greenbuilding rating factors affecting in various stage; Then expounded the method of determining the weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to elect acomputational model suitable for this case; Finally, through case to verify the validityand usefulness of this model. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model can be used forgreen building to calculate the extent of the "Green" level, the model has a high valueon green building rating system.
