The Research Of Cost-effective Construction Of Rural Primary School In Southwest China

With the rapid economy and society development of China,urban and rural polarization problem also gradually increased, especially in the aspect of education, the lack of education investment became the important factors which restricted the development of the rural primary school.However in the construction of a large number of rural primary schools, people often base on the construction standards of city primary school, so the safety problem may extremely easily caused by limited funds and the weak supervision.What this article focus on is, how to use the limited budget to construct low cost and high quality rural primary school. Take southwest China for example, the construction of rural primary school often face the shortage of education funds, so it’s especially important for the architects to set up the low cost consciousness of construction.Throughout the the research of construction about rural primary school in southwest China, much of them is about the school space design, or education philosophy research, lack of cost control of the whole school construction. By learning from the domestic and foreign cost-effective construction theory, combining the research and analysis of cost-effective construction of rural primary schools in southwest China, this paper hopes to find out the economic solution.The research includes the planning, design, construction, usage, maintenance and dismantlement, set up the cost-effective research system for the whole construction process in rural primary school, and compares the actual case to find the way to achieve cost-effective in each stage of construction. Based on the analysis system, four principles of cost-effective construction of rural primary school in southwest China were summarized: safety and economy, high efficient and simple construction, healthy and ecological, life cycle design. Then, combined the author’s real participation of cost-effective construction project of rural primary school in southwest China, I rethink the feasibility of the cost-effective solution, and provide some references for future construction.Finally, based on field investigation and analysis, this paper summarized the direction for the cost-effective construction of rural primary school, which includes prefabricated lightweight building, native construction and the transformation of the rural complex culture and education function, all of them have significance to cost-effective and high quality construction of rural primary school.
