With the deepening of reform and the socialist market economic system gradually established, private enterprise has increasingly become the most active economic composition and the most laborer centralized place. Labor relations in private enterprises become one of the themes of social relations. Labor relations in private enterprises, are becoming strained, however. Rights of workers in private enterprises have been damaged for a long time, which has affected the development of laborers and enterprises. Moreover, it will influence the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The labor capital relationship in private enterprises is a direct contradiction and conflict of interest, which will be transformed into a harmonious labor relationship, which is a transitional labor relationship. The development of labor relations in private enterprises has two characteristics: on one hand, the relationship between capital and capital is greatly improved. on the other hand, the labor capital conflicts and contradictions still exist in large quantities. From the perspective of stakeholders, there are many factors that affect labor relations. Among these factors, the contrasts of power between Labor and capital, the government’s position and attitude to both Labor and capital, labor union’s ability to coordinate labor relations, the attention degree of media and consumer have great effect on the development of private enterprise labor relations.According to the characteristics of the private enterprise labor relations as well as the factors of stakeholders, this paper would build a path based on the stakeholder governance.
