Cultural management is the trend of enterprise management. The culture-oriented management will become a feature of the company management for multinational operation. Facing cultural conflicts come from international business, the implementation of cultural integration is easy to meet the needs of stakeholders and make the employees engaged in international business work more comfortable. The company can get more revenue. Following the pace of China’s opening up, more and more domestic enterprises will enter the international market, which will be seen as a way to expanse business scale, expand market size and enhance the brand influence. Review the development of overseas market these years, there are more and more cross-cultural management issues caused by cultural conflict.Yunnan Luliang peace Technology Co. has a complete worldwide marketing network and independent import and export operation rights. The products of company are exported to 47 countries and regions of the world. There are millions dollars in exports each year. In the company’s daily management and operation, the company is also facing the cultural differences and cultural conflict between East and West.This paper is based on the theory of enterprise culture implementation phase fusion, take a in-depth research on the status quo of the company’s import and export management, and confirmed that the company and the customers are likely to cause culture conflict in all aspects because of the differences in behavior and thought idea and the mode of communication, By using the L-PCAI assessment tools,this paper determined the company’s culture types, then further determined the main forms of cultural differences, then analyzed these forms in the aspect of refinement and quantification, then designed the questionnaire and send the questionnaire to the Overseas customers to collect data. Finally, in the base of defining the types of the company’s enterprise culture, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of the company’s culture fusion according to the cultural conflict diagnosed by the investigation. This paper suggests the company to take their own advantages to insist the internationalization strategy, transform the cultural differences into a resource to be exploited, make cross-cultural training system more perfect and optimize communication and exchanges in the business, and actively promote the localization strategy of company’s human resources, adhere to the win-win cooperation to shoulder more social responsibilities. This article only take one practical case for data analysis, but the author hope that the basic conclusion drawled from the case analysis of peace Technology Co. Ltd can give some directive opinion to the relevant enterprise in culture construction.
