As a large state-owned enterprise, China Eastern Airlines has many subsidiaries, huge and complex human recourses management and training work. In order to maintain the vitality of the company, all the training must be carried out in a timely, effective and sustainable manner, and adopt the advanced information technology. This paper is based on the actual demand of the China Eastern Airlines. Through the development and updating of the training management system, the aim is to standardize the training work, improve the training effective, promote training market, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.First of all, the paper introduces the basic concept, present situation and develop course of the management information system and enterprise training, followed by the analysis of the basic facts of China Eastern Airlines human resource management and the present situation and the existing problems of the training work. On this basis, combined with the actual situation of the company, through on-site investigation and summing up method, this paper presents the general architecture of the training management system and the detailed design of every sub-system. Finally, according to the application of the new training management system, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the training management process. |
