Translation Report On Model Contract For International Bidding

Translation of model contracts, a kind of commercial contract, is a combination of legaltranslation and business translation. Presented in the form of project, this report is based onthe translation of part of the terms from a national oil corporation’s model contract. Thisreport shows the original text, translation results, and translation process, discusses the issuesof translation, and displays how to utilize multiple tools to practice scientific translationmethods and solve problems.
