Translation Of Complex Sentences: A Report On The Translation Of “Two Papers On Entrepreneurship Education”

This report is based on my translation task of two papers of Entrepreneurship Education which introduce the previous studies, current studies and future studies. They contain curriculum design and research methods which provide useful information for Entrepreneurship Education researchers of ChinaThe report is based on two Entrepreneurship Education papers which are logical and rigorous. To present the feature, there are too many complex sentences in the text. Because of the complicated sentence elements, adequate information and tightly logical relations, how to translate the complex sentences into accurate Chinese is the difficulty of the task. The report divides the problems on the translation of complex sentences into three types: substantive clause, attributive clause and adverbial clause. The report discusses how to analyze the logical relation of original text and how to apply translation strategies, and summarizes the specific treatment methods.The author has improved translation skills and knowledge after finishing the task, and the author hopes that the report provides reference for translator and researcher of Entrepreneurship Education.
