The 18 th national congress of communist party of China propose to pay more attention on ecological civilization with the development of economy, politics, culture and society to construct a coordinate development strategy, as the 17 th national congress take the development of ecological civilization as the goal of society development. We need to theoretically card and evaluate the arguments of anthropocentrism and non-anthropocentrism which is still an outstanding issue, constructing a philosophy and theoretical foundat ion for the healthy development of ecological civilization.Anthropocentrism and non-anthropocentrism are the two thoughts proposed in the 20 th century to solve the environmental crisis by scholars. Non-anthropocentrism is established based on criticizing anthropocentrism, even though anthropocentrism have refuted, however, both of the two thoughts is aimed at solving environmental crisis and achieving the goal that human live harmony with nature. Therefore, this paper is aimed to analyzing the common characteristics of both the two thoughts. From the other side, both of the two thoughts has its own disadvantages, both of them generalize the ethics and values of Marxism, anthropocentric weakened the social nature of human, non-anthropocentric totally deny the social nature of human, therefore both of two thoughts are unable to solve the environmental crisis. Basis on the above analysis, this paper proposes a class-based environmental anthropocentric based on Marxist philosophy and aims to beyond the disadvantages of both the two thoughts. Environmental anthropocentrism is centered by class-based human, it thoroughly consider the relation between human and environment, what’s more, it abandon the conquer theory and able to appropriate handle the relationship between the generations and intergeneration and achieve sustainable development of human society.
