Migrant Workers Of Public Cultural Services Demand Research

Nowadays, with the development of China’s economic and social transformation, China’s migrant workers by the workers aim to make a living model to developmental changes in the demand for public cultural services increasingly urgent. However, due to China’s urban and rural social structure, inadequate investment in public cultural services and content of a single, high mobility of migrant workers with low education level and other reasons, led to public cultural service needs of migrant workers is a prominent problem affecting the success of migrant workers into the city social, China to further the process of modernization and building a socialist harmonious society, to be studied. In this thesis, public cultural services for migrant workers demand theoretical and practical problems were studied, study includes four parts:First, this paper describes the research background and significance of the current demand for migrant workers in the public cultural service research literature review proposed study of the basic ideas and the main research methods. Secondly, this paper defines migrant workers, public culture, and cultural needs of the other core concepts involved in this paper to explain the properties of cultural products, the demand for cultural services, cultural theory, the government’s public service functions such as theory, migrant workers demand for cultural services, content and features, demonstration of migrant workers enjoy equal importance of public cultural services. Again, this paper studied the needs of migrant workers in the public cultural service problems and causes, that the current demand for migrant workers in the public cultural service exists a lack of vocational training, culture and entertainment poor and other major issues that the urban-rural divide and conquer the causes of the formation of the household registration system urban public cultural services of the blind, the government, enterprises and social organizations of migrant workers facing inadequate investment in public cultural services, migrant workers with low educational level of public awareness and participation restricted sense, migrant workers and forms of public cultural services effective supply constrained, the mobility of migrant workers affects the timely public cultural services and other major aspects of rationing. Finally, the analysis of public cultural services to meet the needs of migrant workers in the main countermeasures that through innovative urban public cultural service management mechanism, improve the urban public cultural service system construction investment system, innovative public cultural services of migrant workers in content and form, to enhance the migrant workers’sense of participation in public cultural services and other major ways to effectively meet demand for migrant workers in the public cultural service.
