The Relationship Of China And Vietnam In The International Communist Movement In 1960

From 1954 to 1959, the relationship between China and North Vietnam bagan to change from two parties into two countries.In general, the both relations above had further development. However, during this period, this relationship cause China intended to be normal is not so close compared to the past. So, the strategy China took is one hand to help rebuild North Vietnam, the other hand to limit the revolution in South Vietnamese, and to peaceful deal with the crisis of Lao with the Soviet Union.To 1960, the Sino Vietnamese relations entered a period of change, and the source of motivation mainly came from the international Communist movement, especially was the development of Sino Soviet relations.In 1960, the differences between Soviet and Chinese Communist got opened to the whole Socialist Camp after the first strong argument in 1959, and North Vietnam standed with the Soviet. July 1960, the problem of Sino Soviet was to escalate, and to push the both countries to close the edge of split. This situation had caused a very negative impact to North Vietnam who was dealing with the crisis of Lao, the revolutionary movement in South and the construction in North.In order to get the support and assistance both of Chinese and Soviet, Ho Chi minh and the Communist Party of Vietnam played a positive regulator.The fact is the contradiction of Sino and Soviet was still unresolved, meanwhile in the late 1960, the Communist Party of Vietnam changed his attitude to follow with China. Howere, through this, the Sino and Soviet rulers paid more attention to Vietnam and Vietnam problem, especially is Soviet. So, till to the mid 1960s, with the differences between Soviet and Chinese Communist getting worse, and the war in Vietnam going fierce, the relations between North Vietnam and Soviet made a big progress.
