Empirical Research Of Civil Servants Classified Examination System

Civil servants examination system is an important component of the civil servants system.As the "Entrance" of the civil servants, the effective degree of the examination system will directly affect the quality of civil servants and the government’s work efficiency.Therefore, classified examination system is the development direction in the future which can further enhance the scientific and effectiveness of the civil servants examination system and can select the job matching talents,so as to optimize the talent structure of the government departments and raise the effectiveness of the civil servants management of state affairs.Firstly, this article investigates the development of current civil servants classified examination system and the current status of the system in various provinces and cities,then summarizes four main classified examination models and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of them.Secondly, does an empirical research through the way of questionnaire survey on civil servants classified examination system in Jiangsu Province and examine the reliability,validity and differentiation of it.Builds the demand models of the classified civil servants posts.Studies the public courses’combinations and courses’examination emphasis of the classified civil servants exams.Finally,puts forward the policies suggestions to push the civil servants classified examination system,including job analysis,optimization of the measurement technology,perfecting regulations and specifications.The civil servants classified examination system is still in its infancy in our country,the development of it is still very long and difficult.This article is only a preliminary exploration of it which hope can do some favor to its development.
