Culture Resources Of The Effective Realization Of The Autonomy Of Villagers: Connected To Each Other By Culture

In this paper, through the review of the start and development in the jointly created event in Hou village, a village in Xiamen, introduces Hou village of villagers’ self-government, and discusses further the villagers autonomy in village can be effectively autonomous factors, explores the effective realization of the autonomy of villagers cultural resources, and tries to analyze how the cultural resources link with each other and have the effect. The author believes that there should be more attention to the existing cultural resources in villagers’ autonomy in the national construction, only by the mutual integrating between political culture and local culture, a new political culture of the villagers’ autonomy can be formed, and promote the effective development of villager autonomy. This paper is divided into six parts:the first part introduces the family culture linked the villagers together by blood and relationship, the second part introduces the concept of mutual assistance plays an important role in the autonomy of villagers’ participation, the third part, introduces the influence of the public culture in the villagers’ Political Participation of villagers political cognition, attitude, behavior and the power structure, relationship, the fourth part introduces the villagers’ effective autonomy results "hardware and software" influence, the fifth part analyzes the use and explore of cultural resources in villagers’ autonomy. The sixth part draws the conclusion:cultural continuity and identity is the basis of the effective implementation of the autonomy of villagers.
