Employment provides people protection to survive, but also provides people with the opportunity to realize their value of life. The employment of our country has a large population base, to solve the problem of employment is to promote economic development, maintain social order. In order to solve the employment problem, it is necessary to provide employment services. The so-ralled employment services, led by the government, with the active participation of social forces, the sum of all the services together to complete the supply and demand of labor matters. Provide employment services subject to government-based, supplemented by social agencies, major release relevant information, vocational training, employment assistance, unemployment registration and other aspects of the job market for both employers and employees to provide services.US employment services produced in the twentieth century, the emergence of the service to promote employment, bring economic development and maintaining social order.
