In the beginning, the theory definitions and the main content for the comprehensive assessment of leading cadres were introduced, and revealed the significance for the establishment of the scientific leading cadres’assessment system. Huimin district of Hohhot as an example, the current section-level leading cadres and the assessment methods were codified, and conclusively analyzed the problems and the reasons during the comprehensive assessment. Substantially utilize the importance of the assessment for cadres’supervision, training and selection, to build a well-qualified ruling cadres team for all social and economic undertakings of county.
