In recent years, vocational education developing vigorously, and excellent teachers are thebackbone in the development of secondary vocational education.Therefore, It can proposespecific recommendations for career development for the teachers in secondary vocationalschool, provide reference for administrators to manage the career of teachers to understandingthe career anchor and their match of teachers in secondary vocational school,and to explore theinfluence to job satisfaction, subjective well-being.It can promote the diversification of careeranchor theory, enrich the career anchor theory, and achieve the development of teachers andschool.The research mainly adopts measurement and questionnaire survey to analyze the careeranchors and their matching, job satisfaction and subjective well-being of teachers in secondaryvocational school, and the relationship among career anchor match l, job satisfaction, subjectivewell-being, get the main conclusions are as follows:(1) Eight career anchors have its own share in the distribution of teachers in secondaryvocational, the single anchor-type is86.8%, multiple anchor-type is13.2%. Among the singleanchor-type subjects, the dominant type of career anchors is life type, followed by safe careeranchor, challenging career anchor and technology career anchor.(2) There are significant differentness exist in teachers career anchors due to the differentseniority and qualifications.The show are, the percentage of management of6-10years seniorityteachers is significantly higher than other groups; the percentage of the degree teachersautonomous is significantly lower than the other two education groups; the percentage ofvocational school and below teachers is significantly higher than other education groups, but thepercentage of life is significantly lower than other academic groups.(3) Technical is major work characteristic in teachers of secondary vocational schools,followed are life, creativity, security, and challenging.(4) In the single career anchors of teachers, the match of career anchors and jobcharacteristics is20.4%, the unmatched of career anchors and job characteristics is79.6%.(5) The job satisfaction of different Seniority and different teachers are significantdifference, The subjective well-being of different gender and different types of teachers aresignificant differences. the performance are, the job satisfaction of below the2years length ofservice of teachers is significantly higher than the teachers over the2years of length of service,and the job satisfaction of worked in2-10years teachers is significantly higher than the11-20years teachers; the job satisfaction of cultural classes teachers, professional theory coursesteachers and practicing and training teachers are all significantly higher than the two-qualifiedteachers; The subjective well-being of women teachers is significantly higher than the menteachers; the subjective well-being of full-time teachers is significantly higher than the part-timeteachers.(6)The nature of career anchor match of teachers has a significant effect on their jobsatisfaction, subjective well-being. job satisfaction, subjective well-being of career anchor match of teachers was significantly higher than the teachers do not match the career anchor.(7) The part mediating effect exist in the career anchors match level, job satisfaction andsubjective well-being of teachers. The ratio between mediating effect and the total effect is0.322, The mediate effect explained23.9%variation of the dependent variable. The jobsatisfaction is the midiate variable between the career anchor match level and the subjectivewell-being.
