With the advancement of the new curriculum reform, curriculum reform involves thestructure, curriculum content, curriculum evaluation and curriculum resourcedevelopment etc. Local resources as the potential resources attract more and moreeducators’ attention.How will the local resources be introduced into chemistry teaching in the juniormiddle school and give full play its role in the teaching of chemistry is the problemsthat need to be solved for chemistry teachers. But the rural junior middle school chemistryteachers’ current in this is the lack of widespread and systematic training, coupled with thelagged educational information, not enough resources for Education, there is thephenomenon of understanding confusion, blind acting on the problems. So how to suitone’s measures to local conditions, develop and use the local chemical resources becomesnecessary,based on the actual situation in rural areasThis thesis is completed by combining the literature data, questionnaire survey,interviews, action research, other research methods, teaching practice and thinking, it isdivided into five parts: the first part, expounds the goal and method of research,background, significance on the development of the countryside junior middle schoolchemistry project resources. The second part, refers to literature to learn the connotation ofrelated concepts and the current situation of domestic and foreign research, in thedevelopment process of the local resources and teachers and students’related problemsabout the chemistry curriculum resources by using the method of questionnaire andinterview to teachers and students. The third part, uses learning theory, Dewey’sconstructivist experiential learning theory, Tao Xingzhi’s life education theory, Viggo JKi’s zone of proximal development,the four theory to elaborate the theoretical basis for theintroduction of local resources in Chemistry Teaching in junior middle schools. The fourthpart, combined with the author’s practice, elaborates the suiting one’s measures to local conditions, economy, adaptability, resource sharing, scientific principles of the localresources development, also, uses examples of resource development to interpret thestrategies about development and utilization of local resources of chemical. The fifth part,illustrates the utilization of chemical local resources in teaching, analysises the case andgets the results of practice inquiry.
