Education is the foundation of our country, the level of quality of education andthe future relationship between the fate of the country, which is the most criticaldeterminant of the level of teachers’ teaching and educational philosophy. Train alarge number of qualified teachers in the country is the fundamental task of teachereducation. In the field of teacher education, teacher professional characteristics andstatus of the community has been gradually recognized and valued. Teachers Collegethrough various levels of training a large number of qualified teachers in rural areas.Teacher professional learning is a lifelong career needs. Because of this feature,in-service training of teachers for professional development of teachers is of greatsignificance and role.In this study, conduct research on rural primary school teachers in LiaoningProvince X-job training through in-depth interviews. On this basis, showing thedeep-seated problems in rural primary teacher training exists, and based on the resultsfor the in-service training of primary school teachers in rural areas suggestimprovements. Through this study is to develop teacher training program to providereference for competent authorities in rural education and reference, to providetargeted training for the real needs of rural teachers and effective first-line trainingcourses, scientific and rational design of training to improve job training primaryschool teachers in rural areas efficiency and improve the effectiveness of training.Case study found that school-the main problem in Liaoning Province X-servicetraining of primary school teachers in existence are: Lack of knowledge on thetraining of teachers, teacher training, administration sufficiently grasp the demand forteachers, teacher in-service training theory and practice of light weight, in-serviceteacher training time is unreasonable, the lack of rational evaluation mechanisms. Tosolve these problems, the author proposes a teacher in-service teacher training tooptimize the effect of rural primary suggestions: Proper training concepts, strengthenteacher training targeted to take flexible approach to training, appropriate trainingschedules, improve teacher training evaluation mechanism.
