To further realize the optimization and effectiveness of class management has always been the priortask of the education of high school ideological and political course. Therefore, based on the real situationof class management of current high school education of ideological and political course, as well as thecharacteristics and evaluation standards of effective education, this thesis sets the optimization of classmanagement of senior high ideological and political education as study objective.Firstly, through detailed research, the thesis discovers that the class in nature is a composite thatsynchronize various education elements and structurally organize them in real education practice, Hence, inthe activity of class management, teachers should be regarded as the managing entity. However, thestudents meanwhile take part in the process of class management, and it is the teacher’s responsibility tolead students to conducts self-management. Targeting on the establishment if effective classes and probingfrom the perspective of the construction of class education, the thesis manages to define six elements thatare vital to class management: time management in class, environment management of education, objectivemanagement of education, strategy and methods management of education, resources management ofeducation and discipline management of education. On basis of this principle, the thesis further establishesthe fundamental standards and criteria for class management.Secondly, by combining the real case investigation of class management of ideological and politicaleducation in Henu-senior high, and the current situation of high school ideological and political educationin China, the thesis further analyzes the existing problems in the class management of high schoolideological and political education. Finally, in response to above problems, the thesis proposes thefundamental solutions to optimizing the class management of high school ideological and politicaleducation.Finally, in response to above problems, the thesis proposes the fundamental solutions to optimizing theclass management of high school ideological and political education. To begin with, researches are inposition to carry out relevant theoretical studies in an effectively and quickly. Meanwhile draw lessonsfrom existing theoretical achievements and integrate them with real situation of class management tosummarize effective measures and generate theoretical outcome with instructive significance. Secondly, asthe actual implementer of class management of high school ideological and political education, teachersshould continuously progress based on previous experience and further enhance theoretical studies tosystematically formulate rational recognitions that can instruct real education practice. On the ground ofimproving management qualification and skills, teachers should also pay attention to the relationshipbetween the objective design and the conduction measures if class management, and to make themcorrespond with the requirement of current development of society and personal development of students ina long term. Hence make better judgment on the characteristics of students as well as course content, and fully consider the relation between the ideological and political education with other disciplines.
