On The Primary Stage Of Middle School’s Teaching Of Chinese Character In Chile

Abstract:With the "Chinese fever" in the world continues to heat up all around the world, the development of Chinese international education is flourishing as well. Chinese international education in Chile has known in large scale, more and more college students and high school students of Chile start learning Chinese. To some extends, teaching of Chinese character is still undeveloped, especially on the middle school’s teaching of Chinese character.This article aims to analyze macroscopically at teaching Chinese character on the primary stage of middle school’s students in Chile, describe and analyze the present situation about the teaching of Chinese character at the Liceo Bicentenario Marta Brunet Caravez. Finally I will suggest some feasible advices on it.The article have five parts:firstly, the background of choosing the theme and research significance; secondly, the position and the role of Chinese character teaching in the primary stage of the international Chinese teaching; thirdly, the analysis on the current situation of teaching Chinese character at Chile’s middle schools; fourth, the suggestions and methods about teaching of Chinese character in Chile’s middle schools, which are in the primary stage; finally, the summary of the thesis and the prospect of the Chinese teaching and character teaching in Chile.The article will focus on the researching. It is the teaching of Chinese character for the students who are the first time learning Chinese in Chile’s middle school, and it’s target on the middle school’s students. The research of the topic will make up the deficiency of the primary stage about Chinese character teaching in Chile and give some useful suggestions to the teaching of Chinese characters in the future.
