In this paper, throughquestionnaire survey on the specific problems of the construction of teachers team. Inthis paper, through case analysis prove that point. In this paper is beneficial tounderstand the basic situation of secondary vocational school teaching staff construction,and to enrich the research on secondary vocational teaching staff construction problems.Through the analysis of the questionnaires, this paper summarizes the current severalproblems of secondary vocational school teachers team construction, teachers’ educationidea and the knowledge structure needs to be updated, the proportion of part-timeteachers and full-time teachers’ structure is not reasonable, the structure of the degree isnot standard, unreasonable structure of professional titles,"double type" teachers less,less unstable teachers, teachers’ professional training, etc.Through the case analysis of Chongqing CQ middle school which had researched onteaching staff building based on school culture,from the Angle of school culture, thepaper discusses the school in the construction of spiritual culture, material culture,system culture, behavior culture from four aspects of secondary vocational schoolteachers team construction. Put forward four Suggestions on secondary vocationalteachers construction: rich spiritual culture, for the secondary vocational teachers teamconstruction to provide spiritual motivation; Development of material culture, providematerial support for the secondary vocational teachers team construction; Perfecting thesystem of culture, for the secondary vocational teachers team construction provides thesystem guarantee; Innovation behavior culture, provide training platform for secondaryvocational teachers team construction.
