Along with the advancement of new curriculum reform, it becomes the core task of curriculum reform to change student’s study way and teaching ways of teachers. Traditional way of rote learning and cramming education mode is gradually withdraw from the history of education. Besides teaching basic knowledge, contemporary teachers should select the most appropriate content in a vast of knowledge to teach students with the best way. Especially, it is very important to teach students the methods of studying actively and consciously. Thus, it requires students no longer accept education passively, but initiatively and actively participate in the whole teaching process and learn actively into full play with the host.Believe that every Chinese teacher thought about this question:how to use the classroom effectively,fuse teaching materials creatively, and maximize the use of classroom40minutes, improve the students’Chinese accomplishment. Professor Guo Sile’s concept of student-based education, gives a clear answer. The idea of student-based emphasizes" highly respect students, fully rely on students, transfer depending on teachers’teaching into relying on students’study in teaching."Teacher’s role and value, reflected in the maximum arouses student’s intrinsic motivation and organization of student’s autonomous learning.This thesis paper takes Beishan elementary school in Yanbian city, one of national student-based education experimental areas, as the research object. By reading literature, education practice, teachers and students interview, questionnaire survey, investigation and analysis of student-based education under the guidance of the concept, Beishan primary school in Chinese reading teaching shows the real meaning of student-based education. That is to teach students the method of study,and to cultivate students’habit of active learning. However, teachers in teaching serves as a guide only, the role of the helper, and provides students more space to learn, and to make them become the true master of learning. But at the same time, some problems from the questionnaire survey are found, this paper summarizes the common problems in the teaching, through analyzing the cause of the problem, trying to find out promotion of beishan primary school Chinese reading of student-based education effective method, to have this education idea better to beishan, classroom before class, after class of primary school Chinese reading teaching, to find out more suitable for the Chinese reading based on students’ learning style, more suitable for the teacher’s way of reading teaching, aims to make more efficient, and to make the students get a more comprehensive development.There are four parts in this thesis paper. The first part of the paper is the introduction which expounds the thesis research purpose, significance, research status at home and abroad, and the method of research.The second part is about the theoretical review of reading teaching in primary school, including the connotation and type of student-based education, teaching mode and psychological process of pupil Chinese reading and meanings of reading teaching.The third part mainly discusses the problems universally in Chinese reading teaching of the primary school and analyses the formation causes of these problems at the same time.The last part of this thesis is the key part of this study, discussing the use of student-based education concept promotion methods of primary school Chinese reading teaching effectiveness.
